Mineral Fiber RMF-1020 for making in Engineered mineral fibre for friction applications and others. Brake linings made from our fiber products have many notable features such as stably, high temperature properties, little abrasion, low(no)noise and long life.
Excellent heat resistance (able to withstand braking temperatures above 800°C).
High-strength support (tensile strength of 800 MPa).
Low wear characteristics (ultra-low particle content).
Compliant and safe (meeting biosoluble standards, free of harmful dust).
Reinforcing fibers in high-end NAO (asbestos-free organic) or semi-metallic brake pads (recommended addition amount: 5-15%)
